Assembly tutorial
Check that the toe is mobile in rotation with respect to the crampon and also check that the thread of your shoe is clean and in good condition.
The crampon when tight will block the rotation of the tip in the desired position.
To do this, start screwing in the crampon, using the wrench provided while leaving the tip free to rotate.
Give the point the desired orientation taking into account the remaining screwing, then finish screwing the crampon. Good tightening is necessary.
If you do not achieve the desired orientation, then loosen the crampon until the point can turn on itself, give the point the desired orientation taking into account the remaining screwing, screw the crampon back and the it’s done!
As a reminder, do not forget that this high performance crampon should not be used on hard and abrasive surfaces, it does however allow you to move between the holes while being cautious.
